Goal: Stretching of anterior muscle chain / Hamstrings
Parameters: Frequency: 14-18 Hz / Position: 1.5-2.5 / 1 Minute per leg
Procedure:
Posture: Stand in front of the Galileo device, one leg straight forward, heel on Galileo, fore-foot lifted (90° ankle angle), bend upper body forward until the anterior muscle change is under high tension.
Movement: Keep pressing slowly more forwards to further increase tension to stretch the anterior muscle chain.
Tip: After intense exercises always relax and stretch the exhausted muscle groups using the Galileo in order to minimize delayed muscle pain over the next 48 hours and to increases training effects at the same time
