Variation of Exercise W3
Goal: Relaxation & stretching of back muscles – for advanced users
Parameters: Frequency: 16-18 Hz / Position: 0 / Duration: 2-3 minutes
Procedure:
Posture: Sit in cross-legged position at the front edge of the plate. Feet placed on the floor, upper body upright.
Movement: Maximum rotation of shoulder and head (hip stays a neutral position) – Find with both hands a support: e.g. on hand on the knee the other hand pressing against the bar of the hand rail. If there is no hand rail use the housing tray of the power cord – pull to allow the shoulder to rotate further away from the hip. Stay in maximum position for about 20 seconds, then repeat movement in opposite rotation.
Attention: Sit centered at position 0!
Tip: In maximum position slightly shift weight from one bottom cheek to the other. This way, depending on the current posture, you can influence the transmission of the vibration to the head and you can target the vibration on the spot of your back under tension. You can also tilt the pelvis in both directions to influence transmission of the vibration.

Dear customers,
Our colleagues have been working for you and your wishes all year – now we’re giving them a well-deserved break. From 24.12.2025 to 6.1.2026, we’re swapping phones for Christmas movies and to-do lists for plates of cookies.
However, our contact form remains as vigilant as a Christmas angel – feel free to write to us and we will get back to you on January 7, 2026, when we are back, refreshed and full of energy!
Merry Christmas and a magical new year
Your Galileo Team
