The Galileo Mano Med dumbbell systems are particularly used to reduce spasticity or used to alleviate movement restrictions and circulatory disorders and improve motor function or invigorate the muscles. Due to its reduced mass and teh reduced grip-diameter its is optimized especially for infants and childen as well as patients with neurological conditions.

The Galileo Mano Med 20 L dumbbell system enables relaxing and demanding therapy sessions as the situation requires. Due to its side-alternating movement it is optimized for children to be used with both hands at the same time. Muscular deficiencies of the upper extremities and the area of the shoulder and neck are quickly and effectively treated so that the freedom of movement for example after an injury to the shoulder is restored after a very short time. The switching on of the integrated Wobbel function enables a random changing stimulation frequency (vibrations per second).
As an option, a second dumbbell can also be used.
